Adult Sailing at Corinthian University

Imagine the thrill of sailing on Lake Michigan—whether you’re enjoying the shoreline sights or racing against other boats. Corinthian University’s four-week Level 1 and Level 2 classes provides hands-on instruction to teach you how to sail and skipper a boat, all while experiencing the beauty of Lake Michigan and Montrose Harbor. Classes are taught in the school’s Rhodes 19 boats, perfect for both beginners and those seeking to enhance their skills. These nineteen-foot keelboats offer a safe and fun environment, with three adults per class for maximum learning. The Laser Learn to Sail program is taught in a single person Laser dinghy used in the Olympics for both men and women. This is a more advanced course to become a competitive sailor in the largest sail class in history, the Internation Laser Class Association.
